What we collect

When you create a free AI concept, you choose reference photos and design details. When you send an order request, we also collect your name, email, delivery address, optional phone number, special requests, chosen figure type, the generated concept and the photos you selected. Our website chat stores your email and conversation so we can reply. Basic technical data, such as IP address and security check results, helps protect the service against misuse.

Free AI previews

Your reference images are prepared in your browser and sent to our server and Cloudflare Workers AI to generate the requested concept. The temporary server copy used only for generation is removed immediately after that request finishes. The generated image is returned to your browser. A free preview alone does not create an order or add a photo to our public gallery. Cloudflare describes its own handling in its Workers AI data usage documentation.

Photos sent with an order

After you confirm a concept and submit an order request, we securely keep the selected reference photos and concept so our studio can review and make the piece. They are not publicly accessible. When the finished piece is marked ready to ship, our order system automatically removes these files from active order storage. If an order request is not confirmed, our cleanup routine removes its active photo files after 30 days. Daily local backup copies may still contain those files until the seven-day backup rotation expires, usually no later than seven days after removal from active storage. If you send photos separately by email or chat, those copies are handled in those services and are not removed by the automatic order-photo cleanup; contact us if you want them deleted where possible.

Use & sharing

We use your information to make your concept, review your request, prepare your portrait, communicate with you, deliver it, and provide order progress. Your photos and delivery details may be shared with our production team and delivery partners only as needed to make and ship your order. We use Cloudflare for security, AI processing and email delivery, PayPal for online payments, and our server provider for website hosting. These services may process data in countries outside your own. We do not add customer photos to advertising or a public gallery without permission.

Order updates and payment

For a standard portrait, you review the total and continue to PayPal to authorize payment. We receive the production order after payment succeeds, then email your private progress link. Group and larger-size requests are sent to our studio for a personal quote without an immediate charge; we send a payment link after the details are agreed. Anyone with the full private progress link can open it, so please do not share it publicly. Customer contact details and order records are kept as needed for fulfillment, support and applicable recordkeeping; they are separate from the production photo files.

Cookies and security

WordPress and WooCommerce may use essential cookies for site functions. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical information to verify that requests are genuine. We apply access controls to order files and use HTTPS. No Internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where needed for an active order, legal duties or dispute resolution. Please tell us your order number if your request concerns a portrait.
