What is a Clay Portrait?

A physical clay figurine handmade from your photographs, with your chosen clothes, pose and personal details.

Can I preview before ordering?

Yes. Create a free AI clay-style concept, then review the direction before placing your order. The handmade finish may differ from the digital concept.

Can I choose an outfit or pose?

Share clear clothing and full-body references and add your preferences to the order notes. Complex extras receive a separate quote.

How large is the figure?

Standard people are approximately 14–15 cm high, excluding the base. Pets are 6–8 cm in standing height or lying length. A simple base is included with standard single-person figures. Larger sizes and groups are quoted separately.

Can you make couples, groups or pets?

Yes. Start with the matching preview type. For groups, custom dimensions or complex requests, contact us for a quote before payment.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 15–20 business days after payment and details are confirmed, including production and delivery. Remote areas, peak periods or carrier delays may take longer.

Is worldwide shipping included?

Yes. Worldwide standard shipping is included in the displayed standard portrait prices.

Can I see a shaping photo?

Photos are available on request. Message us through the website or email your order number. We do not automatically send shaping photos.

How do I follow my order?

Your order email includes a private progress link. You can also request your link from the Track order page using your order email.

What happens to my uploaded photos?

They are used privately to make your portrait and removed from active order storage when the piece is ready to ship. Backup copies expire within seven days.
