Standard portraits receive a progress link after successful payment. Custom quote requests receive theirs with the request confirmation.
Follow the studio updates
Your private page shows the review, sculpting, finishing and packing stages as our studio updates them.
Follow the parcel home
Carrier tracking appears after dispatch. Delivery usually takes 15–20 business days in total after payment and details are confirmed; delays may take longer.
