Free worldwide shipping.

We offer free worldwide shipping on our handmade portraits.

Your finished portrait usually reaches the delivery address about 15–20 business days after your details and payment are confirmed. Remote areas, peak periods and carrier delays may take longer. Let us know about any intended gift date when ordering.

Follow each handmade step.

For a standard portrait, your order reaches our studio after successful website payment; group and larger portraits are quoted first. We email a private progress link when payment succeeds. The studio updates the review, shaping, finishing and shipping stages on that page.

Want to see the shaped piece? Send a message on the website or email your order number to request a progress photo when available. Tracking details appear after dispatch.

Reference photos and the AI concept are removed from active order storage after the finished piece is marked ready to ship. Backup copies expire on a seven-day cycle; see our privacy policy.

Confirmation & production.

Once your personalised order has been confirmed and production has started, we do not accept cancellations or refunds for a change of mind.

If you need to request a change or cancellation before production starts, contact the studio as soon as possible.

Customer-caused damage.

We do not offer returns or refunds for damage caused by the customer after delivery, including accidental drops, mishandling or improper storage.

Damage on arrival or faults.

If your portrait arrives damaged or appears faulty, contact the studio with photos of the item and its packaging so the issue can be assessed.

Customer-caused damage after delivery is considered separately from damage on arrival or a product fault.
